Clinical population: I offer individual and couples/marital counseling for those 18 or older. I offer family counseling for adults. Clinical focus: I have treatment expertise in treating depression, anxiety, stress management, bereavement, infertility, self esteem, assertiveness training, relationship skills building. Treatment approach: Cognitive behavioral, Interpersonal, Solution Focused with a Strengths Based Perspective. I believe that professional counseling offers individuals the opportunity to create positive change in their lives. I take a dynamic and collaborative role as we formulate a therapy plan that will enhance insight development and the expansion of coping resources.
