First Choice In-Home Care was created in 1999 to help families within the community find reliable and trustworthy caregivers to provide personal care services to families and individuals in need. Executive Director, Jim Lord, and his wife, Rhona Lord, have first-hand knowledge of how difficult the process to find a caregiver can be. At the time the company was founded, the Lord family had struggled relentlessly to find a capable caregiver for their son, who was diagnosed with Autism.
