She considers the whole picture of your life – relationships, work, stress, family, lifestyle, and overall health – to help find options that make sense for you. Crystal was inspired to work in mental health because it allows her to combine her natural qualities of curiosity, creativity, compassion, and analytic thinking in a way that makes a meaningful difference for others.
